Our manufacturing facilities have been supplying leading cutting tool manufacturers in the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Asia for almost
20 years. Ultra Carbide Inc. is directly connected and affiliated with our two German manufacturing plants: G-Elit Hartstoffe GmbH in Berlin, and as of January 2005, our fully owned Konrad Friedrichs GmbH & Co. KG in Kulmbach.

This constellation offers our customers supply chain safety and significant improvements in terms of availability and lead times — good reasons to reconsider single sourcing! Dealing with multiple sources is a cost and time factor also. Ultra Carbide can provide all these benefits as a one source with two separately operated carbide plants.
